Last time, Jordanheads had only seen the tongue of the Air Jordan 5 “Bronze.” The uppers of this sneaker, which appear to be featuring a premium leather construction, are dressed up completely in Obsidian. Contrasting elements of this sneaker include the all-White midsoles that it is equipped with and the Metallic Bronze hue that covers the lacelocks, patent leather tongues and the shark teeth featured on the midsoles.

Even though this Air Jordan 5 colorway is also somehow associated with the Rio 2016 Olympics, Jordanheads will not be able to cop a pair until after the games are over, unless they are delayed. As per Jordan Brand’s release schedule, the Air Jordan 5 “Bronze” will hit the shelves on September 24th and will retail at a price of $190.

By now, Jordanheads likely know plenty about the Air Jordan 7Tinker Alternative,” the alternative version of the model’s “Olympic” iteration that is scheduled to arrive at retailers on August 16th. Many collectors probably also have their eyes set on the Olympic-themed Air Jordan 5 Retro colorways that were unveiling in the beginning of April. Sneakerheads have already gotten a full and proper look at one of those two colorways, the one that is dubbed “Olympic.” The colorway nicknamed “Bronze” had merely been teased, but now Instagram user @pdxdoeswork shared a photo that previews the entire sneaker.

Air Jordan 5 GS “Raptors440893-017 Release Date,The synthetic uppers of this Air Jordan 5 GS rendition are dressed up in a color scheme that includes the old school hues of the Toronto Raptors. Predominantly, the uppers have a Black-colored base, while the Raptors-theme is highlighted by the Red- and Purple-colored accents that make an appearance over the branding, inner linings and the sole units. Even though Jordan Brand has not really stated that this colorway has actually been inspired by the Toronto Raptors, the presence of these hues cannot be a mere coincidence. No wonder it has been unofficially dubbed “Raptors.”

The Best Jordans Brand is already making big plans for its fall lineup with hot releases like this all-new “BronzeAir Jordan 5 Retro colorway. As you can see, the majority of the sneaker has been dipped in a metallic dark navy finish, complemented with an even darker navy on the netting, eyelets and laces. What really gives this sneaker personality, however, is the use of metallic bronze on the tongue, which also flows down to the white midsole’s “shark teeth”. A black tongue logo have been applied, while a similar bronze is also seen on the lace locks. The icy clear outsole remains intact as usual with the Air Jordan V.
Taking on a much Jordan 13 All Red color palette compared to its counterpart, this pair sports a full Midnight Navy upper, save for white graphics on the tongue and heel. The midsole is molded in the usual white, while Gum Light Brown has been selected for the outsole. One nice thing about this colorway is that you’ll never have to worry about the soles yellowing, a problem quite common with clear-soled Air Jordan 11s and many other models.Although the Air Jordan 11 silhouette wasn’t around during the legendary Dream Team days JB will still give the Jordan 11 the Olympic treatment. This Jordan 11 Low features a White mesh upper, Gold patton leather, an all-White midsole, and a Icy translucent outsole.

A bronze medal in basketball at the Olympics isn’t something that was celebrated by the United States when it happened back in 2004, but it did set the tone for the 2008 and 2012 squads to represent the country in dominant fashion as to make sure it would never happen again. The latest Rio Olympic reference to land on a Jordan Brand release will be this premium Air Jordan 5 featuring a near-iridescent Obsidian upper, White midsole, icy blue outsole, and, of course, Metallic Red Bronze accents throughout. Known as the Air Jordan 5Bronze”, the metallic sheen hits the tongue dressed in patent leather and livens up the fierce shark-teeth on the midsole for a unique twist. The colorway is slated to arrive at retailers on September 24th for $190 USD. Check out more detailed photos below and stay tuned for more Jordan release dates right here on Sneaker News.
