The Chicago Bulls roster, including Jimmy Butler, were at the White House back in January 2015 and received a tour of the President’s residence. Even the Jordan Super.Fly 3 was Jimmy’s latest signature model at that time, he was laced up in the Air Jordan 14 “Pantone” for that particular occasion. It turns out that the Spring/Summer’s Jordan releases 2017 are scheduled to include a “Pantone” colorway of the Air Jordan 7.

In case sneakerheads do not recall, Jordan Brand dropped the Air Jordan 9 Low “Pantone” on June 11th, 2016. The leather uppers of the sneaker were dressed up entirely in the Pantone hue, while its heels and mudguards featured textured leather overlays, also covered in the same. The only exception was the contrasting, pure White that appeared over the midsoles, outsoles and heel “23” branding, while the“Jumpman” logo on each heel and the inner linings were Black-colored. Spring Air Jordan releases 2017 are also scheduled to included an Air Jordan 6 GS “Pantone” as well, which will not be too different from last year’s Air Jordan 9 Low.
Last but not least is the Air Jordan 7 “Pantone” seen in the photo accompanying this post that was shared by @zsneakerheadz on Instagram. Much like all of the “Pantone” colorways mentioned above and others from the past, this upcoming Air Jordan 7 iteration shares a similar color scheme. Predominantly, its uppers appear to be made up of nubuck and seem to be dressed up in University Blue. It is also apparently equipped with Metallic Silver-colored lace tips, while its soles are entirely covered in clean White, much like the “Jumpman” logo that can be spotted on each ankle area.
It turns out that this sneaker will be available in both adult and GS-exclusive, but so far only the price of the regular sized pairs seems to have been revealed, which will apparently be $190. This Air Jordan 7 “Pantone” is scheduled to become available at select Jordan brand and Nike retailers on April 29th and onwards.
Girl’s Air Jordan 6 “Light Blue” “Pantone” Release Date,Sneakerheads who have a budding Nike sneaker collection are probably familiar with the Pantone color scheme. For those who do not know what Pantone means or what it really is, it refers to the standardized Pantone color matching/numbering system that is utilized to identify colors. When the colors are standardized, a Pantone numbered color can be referenced by various manufacturers without directly interacting with each other. This ensures that colors being used match and are standardized. In fact, there is an entire Pantone solids palette. The hue that can be seen covering this brand new Air Jordan 6 iteration featured is also from the “Pantone” solids palette.
The fact of the matter is that there are a total of 1,114 colors that are included in the Pantone solids palette. Either a three or four digit number with a suffix of C, M, or U is assigned to each color so that they can be identified. The Pantone system was originally designed to be used by those in the graphics industry, but now a large variety of industries are using the solids palette, and it is the most commonly used Pantone colors palettes. In the beginning of this year, Nike had even dropped pastel-hued renditions of the Air Force 1 that were dressed up in Rose Quartz and Serenity, the Pantone “Colors of the Year” for 2016.
The photos that can be seen here are official ones from Jordan Brand, so this sneaker will indeed hit the shelves. Judging from the latest reports, this Air Jordan 6 Retro “Pantone” will supposedly arrive at retailers among the Spring Jordan releases 2017.
Spring 2017 will mark the release of numerous different Air Jordan 6 Retro colorways and the one seen here will also be among them. While this may not be apparent from the looks of it, but this one is actually being reported as a girls-exclusive iteration. Not surprising that it has been dubbed “Pantone,” the sneaker is almost entirely dressed up in a Light Blue shade, while it is equipped with all-White midsoles and icy translucent outsoles.
